What type/style of flowers do you work with most? Our flower selections reflect the diversity of our clients. From piles of peonies for Chanel to massive suspended installations of tissue paper flowers for Midway Contemporary Art, we love lush. With towering carnation centerpieces for the Minneapolis Institute of Art's opening gala to a single lily bloom on every table at your favorite restaurant, we make texture and fragrance impressive and accessible. With pristine white dendrobium orchids for Michael Graves and eye-popping technicolor pieces at MAC Cosmetics, we inspire with and are inspired by color. How would you describe your style? We'd describe our designs as clean, modern, stylish, smart and sophisticated. And the critics agree -- Bastian+Skoog has been named 'Best Florist' by MN Bride Magazine, Mpls/St. Paul Magazine, Minnesota Monthly, City Pages, CitySearch and the Downtown Journal. What type of rental items do you have? We have loads of well-curated elements to enhance the look of your wedding. They include modern table numbers, aluminum easels, zinc and copper stands, pedestals, urns, bits and bobs, and scads of vessels and vases, old and new. We're always on the lookout for sexy and clever decor items -- you never know what gems we might unearth especially for your event! Are there any extra services you provide? Bastian+Skoog does event styling for many of our clients. We are bursting with ideas, experience and resources that'd we'd love to share with you.
