How would you describe what you do?
As wedding coordinator, I serve as the master-organizer for the event. Ambiente works to create flawless and exquisite weddings, regardless of budget size. Ambiente is characterized by impeccable attention to detail, a cache of reliable, highly skilled vendors, and expertise gained from 28 years in the wedding and event planning industry. I provide highly personalized service in order to create a magical, memorable ambiance for the bride and groom, as well as every one of their guests.
What is your philosophy of a wedding consultant and their role in helping brides and grooms plan their wedding?
Every love has a story to tell, and every couple has a vision for their wedding day that is uniquely their own. As such, my philosophy is to turn my bride and groom’s vision into a reality. My role is then to guide them through the process, acting simultaneously as their confidant, adviser, and advocate. I lead my couples to trusted, wonderful vendors, and they in turn make the decisions.
Do you offer packages: If so, what are they?
As “packages” tend toward the generic, I offer instead a variety of personalized and flexible services. Depending on the specific needs of the couple, I am available for Full Service, Day Of, and anything in between!
What is your most popular package and why?
Full Service is far and away my most popular option, as it allows couples to enjoy their engagement time and look forward to their special day without worry. Rather than stress over the many details involved in the planning – finding vendors, adhering to timelines, last minute needs, etc. – I take all the worries off the couples’ shoulders so they can simply relax and enjoy their wedding.
Are you able to counsel me on wedding etiquette?
Absolutely. Years of experience, myriad events, and my abundant professional contacts allow me to offer brides expert advice on all aspects of their weddings, including etiquette.
How do you charge? What are your rates?
As each wedding will vary in the level of consulting required, rates mirror this variation. I have a pre-set starting rate for Full Service weddings, but this too depends upon the depth of services requested. Rates are available upon request; please call for a complimentary consultation.
Other special services offered:
I am happy to plan destination weddings for the couple who truly wants to get away from it all, and am also available to travel beyond the metro area for weddings and events. Additionally, I am able to provide couples with connections for honeymoon booking, for an effortless finish to the wedding experience.
