As if pleasing palates in one fell swoop weren’t enough, you’ll delight their vision, too, when you serve the totally gorgeous cookies from Minneapolis-based Cookie Creative at your shower or wedding.
After working as a cake decorator for many years, Cori Robinson wanted to bring those artistic talents to the cookie world, and started the Cookie Creative in late 2015. In summer 2016 she brought on Holly Nolan as partner. “Holly’s background as a pastry chef and her design aesthetic and attention to detail really made partnering with her an easy decision,” Robinson says.
It’s that polished look and the intricate details that set their cookies—really, edible art—apart. Popular designs for wedding favors and shower treats include anything monogrammed or Minnesota-shaped. But the longtime bakers say that the most creative way they’ve seen their cookies used is for a recent bride who created custom cookie gift boxes to ask her bridal party to participate in her big day. Something tells us they said yes.
